Ticket Reservations, Exchanges and Pick Up:
- New this year! Print your tickets at home! After you purchase a ticket, an email is sent to you with a link to purchase and/or exchange.
- All seats are reserved.
- Tickets can be purchased in advance with a credit card online or over the phone: American Express®, Visa®, and MasterCard® are accepted.
- Personal checks are accepted at the door.
- All tickets are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange your tickets for an alternate date, there is a $3 per ticket service fee.
- Tickets will not be mailed to you. If CSC has a valid email address for you, a link to print your ticket at home will be sent. If you are unable to print your ticket at home, please visit the Will Call counter 20 min before the show.
- Please arrive no later than twenty minutes prior to curtain time to pick up your tickets. We reserve the right to release any unclaimed tickets 5 minutes before curtain.
Privacy:
Any personal information you provide to us on our website when you register or purchase performance tickets, (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure Web server and our internal systems. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone. We will not sell, rent or share your email address with others for them to send you unsolicited email.

Plan B: Plan to Be Free
Like the freedom to see a show whenever you wish? Need to keep your schedule open for work, family, and surprises? You always can order your tickets on a show-by-show basis. Just call the box office when you know your availability, and we will book seats for that performance.
Unfortunately, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company cannot guarantee availability of seats after a production has opened.

Preview Subscriptions
Our best value available for only $95, preview shows are a unique experience for any theater-lover. You'll get the seat you want when you purchase a preview subscription—and the inside scoop before the show opens. Preview subscriptions are good only for preview performances, Wednesday and Thursday before the show opens, and are nontransferable.

Group Discounts
Organize a night out...with the Bard!
Group pricing is available for groups of six or more. Go online to purchase group tickets and the discounts are automatically applied for any group of six or more or you may call the box office for more information.
Please note: no discounts will apply to "Every Christmas Story Ever Told (and Then Some!)"

Ordering Fees
All tickets are subject to a $2 per ticket fee online or a $4 per ticket fee when ordering by phone. No ticket fee if tickets are purchased in person at the box office. Subscribers are exempt from these fees.
