Two Hours’ Traffic
Cincinnati Shakespeare Company's Touring Company, comprised of seven professional actors, will be touring A Midsummer Night's Dream and Romeo and Juliet in the 2009-2010 school year. These productions clock in under two hours, and the Touring Company can perform in almost any space (approximately 15' x 20'), including gyms, theaters, and libraries. The show concludes with a question-and-answer session to allow the students to talk with the actors and gain new insight into the play. Appropriate for sixth grade and up.
A Midsummer Night's Dream
What happens when feuding fairies meddle in the love lives of human couples? Comical adventures, mistaken identities, and a silly play-within-a-play! In this whimsical forest, a happy ending is guaranteed for both sprites and mortals alike.
